In case of moving, you will send us your new location plan. It will allow us at first to reassure us that your area is covered. If so, a proforma of moving expenses will be sent to you and if you validate it, it will be executed. However, if the new site is not covered by our network, our contract will stop.

You can pay by bank transfer, check, cash to our points of sale or our agencies and finally by Orange Money or Mobile Money.
